Thanks to Material Attitude Correction (MAC) adaptive technology the machine automatically compensates for variations in material features, guaranteeing high quality and automatic adaptiveness, to match Industry 4.0 requirements. Automatic Tool Adjusters (ATA), available for both the upper and lower tools, allow kit or batch production, with changeover taking just a few seconds and simple intuitive programming. As a result of these outstanding, integrated solutions, B3 press brake is suitable for one-piece flow and customized on-demand production: in this case, we bent 3 different parts made of different materials and thicknesses in little more than 4 minutes, tooling included.

The B3 adaptive press brake, designed by combining the features and benefits of electric and hydraulic press brakes with Salvagnini’s in-depth knowledge of automation, software, mechanics and electronics, is suitable for kit production. Thanks to Material Attitude Correction (MAC) adaptive technology the machine automatically compensates for variations in material features, guaranteeing high quality and automatic adaptiveness, to match Industry 4.0 requirements. The Automatic Tool Adjuster (ATA) device is used to change and automatically adjust the upper bending tool length, saving time and increasing production efficiency. Changeover is fast, taking just a few seconds, and programming is simple and intuitive. The MVM option, the variable opening die, automatically adapts the opening of the V on the basis of the program and allows materials with different thicknesses and/or bending radii to be bent. It does not require manual die set-up, increasing the productivity and flexibility of the press brake. As a result of these outstanding, integrated solutions, B3 press brake is suitable for one-piece flow and customized on-demand production: in this case, we bent 3 different parts made of different materials and thicknesses in little more than 6 minutes, tooling included.
